Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBS XIV)

Brief Description

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XIV). This recruitment drive is for the selection of Group 'A' Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group 'B' Office Assistants (Multipurpose) for various participating Regional Rural Banks across India. The selection process involves preliminary and main examinations for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I posts, and a single online examination for Officer Scale-II and III posts, followed by an interview for all officer cadres.

The age limits vary for each post. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

  • Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 Years
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 Years
  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 Years

Eligibility Criteria

Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the state you are applying for is required.
  • Working knowledge of computers is desirable.

Officer Scale-II & III

  • General Banking Officer: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, plus relevant work experience (2 years for Scale-II, 5 years for Scale-III).
  • Specialist Officer: Degree in a specific discipline (e.g., IT, Law, CA, Agriculture) plus relevant work experience.

  5. Pay the application fee online.
  6. Submit the final application form before the deadline of 21/09/2025.
